Happy 2015!

Happy New Year!

Time really passes by so fast especially if you want to do a lot of things.  I felt that my 2-week break is passing by like lightning.  I’m not even halfway my vacation activities.  I guess I have to do some of those tasks even if life becomes normal and hectic again.

It’s now 2015.  My gosh!  The first thing that came to my mind is that I’m closely reaching age 40 (*scared*), nooooooooooooooooo!  I came to believe that life begins at 40.  So I do a lot of preparations before 40 so I can start enjoying life when I reach that age.

For 2015, I’ve finished writing my goals since early December 2014.  There are a lot of goals that are carryover from my 2014 goals.  One thing I learned is not to overstretch oneself.  While we want to achieve a lot of stuff, we can only do so much.  This time around, I’m focusing on a few big goals.  

I’m not going to write here my 2015 goals list but I’ll give you a glimpse ๐Ÿ™‚  I arranged it in a way that there are various themes I want to focus on.  There are then tons of to-dos under each theme which are scheduled & planned throughout 2015.

I have one secret goal I wish to reach this 2015 but I know it is too big to achieve.  Let’s see though.  If 2015 will be good to me, I’ll be able to reach this big goal too!

These are the themes I’m focusing on this 2015.  
(I focused on career, home and car last 2014):

  • Build a Beautiful Home 

I wish to complete all the needed items at my home.  During my first year at the my place, I slept on a foldable bed.  On my 2nd year, I lived without a dining table and sofa.  For 2015, I’m determined to complete furnishing my place as well as complete the renovation of the laundry cage.  Of course, this includes holding house warming parties!  Exciting!

  • Be Healthy & Fit

I’ve been overweight for quite some time.  I’m tired seeing all those fats lying around.  It’s also quite embarrassing to see photos of me with humongous arms!  Urrrghhh.  So this year, I’m determined to include exercise in my daily regimen.  I intend to achieve my ideal weight of 105 pounds.

  • Travel Locally

I stopped travelling for several years now.  This is due to my goals that needed money.  I had to sacrifice a lot of things which includes travelling.  I’m still not that liquid so I want to start warming up to travelling by visiting the local places here in the Philippines.  Philippines is a wonderful place!  I believe there are so much more to discover here.  I plan to go to tourist spots here in Manila and start writing about them here in HeaRty’s Haven.
